Accepted Payment Methods

Voicord accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your card information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Promotional codes can be applied during checkout for additional discounts.

Managing Your Billing

You can manage all billing details through the Stripe Billing Portal, accessible from Account Settings.

    Open Account Settings

    Navigate to the Settings page from the sidebar.

    Go to Manage Billing

    Click the billing management link to open the Stripe portal in a new tab.

    View or update your details

    From the portal, you can update your payment method, view invoice history, and download invoices.

Upgrading & Downgrading

Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. Any remaining time on your current plan is prorated and credited toward the new plan.

Downgrading is scheduled for the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan features until your renewal date, then switch to the lower plan.

When upgrading from monthly to annual billing, your billing cycle resets and you receive prorated credit for unused time on the monthly plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription before the billing period ends and continue as if nothing changed.

Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries are never deleted when you downgrade or cancel. You retain full access to all your data on any plan.
